The steel pipe material is non-alloy low carbon steel. Pipe production technical method is ERW welded with longitudinal seam. Product standards are able to comply with ASTM A500, ASTM A53, ASTM A795, BS1387, BS EN10255, EN 10219, BS 1139, BS 39.
Hot-dip galvanized pipe is to make molten metal react with iron matrix to produce alloy layer, so that the matrix and coating can be combined. Hot-dip galvanizing is a process of pickling steel pipes. In order to remove the iron oxide on the surface of steel pipes, after pickling, the pipes are cleaned through ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or ammonium chloride and zinc chloride mixed aqueous solution tank, and then sent into the hot-dip galvanizing tank. Hot-dip galvanizing has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion and long service life.
